Anne is an advisor to Decipher Health Strategies. She is a senior health care executive with over 25 years of experience in hospitals, managed care organizations, and large integrated delivery systems. Her skill set combines a clinical background in nursing with substantial management experience in healthcare operations and strategic planning. Anne is recognized for a solid track record of creating innovative population health and care management programs within complex organizations. Most notably, she was instrumental in developing and growing Montefiore Health System’s nationally recognized care management infrastructure where she was responsible for over 600 staff and 400K attributed lives through various value-based contracting arrangements, including global capitation. Anne holds a BSN from Columbia University and an MBA in Health Care Administration from Adelphi University
