Heather is the executive coordinator of Decipher Health Strategies, providing project management and administrative support. Heather has over 10 years of experience in both hospital and payer settings.  Heather was previously part of the Anthem team standing up duals demonstration in Virginia, Texas, California, and New York, frequently interfacing with state health departments and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. She is skilled at project management and is able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deliverables are complete and on time. She also has deep familiarity with maintaining schedules as well as meeting planning including logistics, travel, agenda, and presentation preparation. Lastly, she provides expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio), SharePoint, and Adobe Professional.
