Laura has over fifteen years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, and project management and is the head of Laura Noonan Consulting.. Laura partners with leaders of mission-driven organizations throughout the non-profit, education, and public sectors to help them solve their most significant and complex strategic challenges, including optimizing staffing structures, while strengthening their organizations. Laura has extensive experience in the K12 education system and also previously worked as a strategy consultant at Marakon Associates, as well as The Bridgespan Group. She received a Master of Public Affairs from Princeton University, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
